One of the best ways to stay healthy and be your natural beautiful self is through exercise. It is also important you do something that can help with your natural body shape since we are all different. There are so many benefits to exercise and eating right like your hair will be stronger, thicker, shiny, you will also feel better and have more energy. It can also help prevent illness. Sounds great!
WORKS FOR ALL BODY TYPES- Jogging and walking can benefit all body types remember if you are not in good shape to start out walking so you don't get injured. Always ask your doctor first.
PEAR SHAPE- Latin dance it is one of my favorites! It involves quickly shifting your wait to your left then right foot. It is a lot of fun and work! It really helps if you worry about your lower body.
PETITE- Ballet is great for small framed girls. Why do you think you see only petite pro ballet dancers. The truth is if you want to do intense ballet you can actually more likely injure yourself if you're not petite! Crazy I know but it can also help build curves (the good kind)
APPLE SHAPE- Pilates! This exercise is great for focusing on your tummy. This also works for many shapes and sizes.
TALL AND STRAIGHT- Birkram yoga! This is yoga with the temp up way high it is super intense and helps build sleek feminine muscle that make you look curvier. Also pure barre which is like ballet pilates.
